About Corporate Seated Acupressure Massage
|
I take this treatment into businesses as 20 or 30 minute appointments. All you need to provide is an empty room with
enough space for the massage chair and I will provide everything else.

This 20 minute massage is given through clothes to a client who is seated in the purpose-designed massage chair.
The massage was invented in 1984 by David Palmer specifically for employees at Apple Computers in Silicon Valley.
The routine is designed to leave the client feeling more relaxed and also sharper, clear thinking and ready to
make effective use of the working day.
The massage helps to reduce muscle tension in the upper body by concentrating on the areas most affected by repetitive work - yes, that means the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back. It encorporates over 100 specific stress release points and leaves the client feeling energised, alert and ready to tackle the rest of the day with renewed enthusiasm! The end result is quite different from aromatherapy and relaxation massages because it is stimulating and invigorating. The benefits can be just as profound as a traditional hour of full body massage. I am a member of The On-Site Massage Association which connects and informs Massage at Work professionals. I was trained through their parent body, the Academy of On-Site Massage - the Massage at Work specialists in training, corporate provision and networking, found at www.aosm.co.uk.
